On a summer afternoon in Baltimore, the life of Michael Little, a 28-year-old Black male, was cut short by gunfire. On August 12, 2008, at approximately 3 p.m., he was found shot in the 4100 block of Barrington Road. Tragically, his injuries were severe, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
