In the early morning hours of June 25, 2022, the life of 22-year-old Devin Nathaniel Brown was tragically cut short in the Otterbein neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 3:06 a.m., on the 800 block of South Hanover Street, Brown was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds.
