In the cold of a Baltimore winter, the life of 19-year-old Isaiah A. McKeiver was cut short. On the evening of Friday, January 18, 2008, police were called to the 3500 block of Cliftmont Avenue in the city's Belair-Edison neighborhood. There, they found McKeiver inside a vehicle, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
