Natalia Ramirez, a 27-year-old White/Caucasian woman from Chicago, was sitting in a parked vehicle in Brighton Park in the predawn darkness when violence came up fast and without warning. According to local reporting, it was about 3:15 a.m. in the 3800 block of South St. Louis Avenue when another car pulled up, a gunman got out, and shots were fired into the vehicle.
