In the early morning hours of March 19, 2022, the life of 35-year-old Ciara Danielle Bullock, a Black female, was tragically cut short in New Orleans. At approximately 2:45 a.m., she was discovered lying unresponsive on a sidewalk in the 3000 block of South Saratoga Street in the Central City neighborhood.
