James Worthy, a 74-year-old male, was killed late on January 15, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana, when gunfire cut through the quiet of the Little Woods area in New Orleans East. Just after 11 p.m., officers were sent to the 6200 block of Curran Road/Curran Boulevard on reports that someone had been shot.
