In the early morning hours of Friday, December 3, 2021, the sound of gunshots pierced the quiet of a Thibodaux, Louisiana community. Responding to the disturbance at the Solar Trailer Park, deputies from the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office made a grim discovery. Just before 1 a.m., they found the body of 50-year-old Soyica Tillman lying on the ground outside a residence, the victim of a fatal shooting.
