On a Monday in New Orleans, November 29, 2021, the life of 34-year-old Aurrel Brown, a Black male, was tragically cut short. In the 9700 block of Chef Menteur Highway, police responded to a call and discovered Brown suffering from gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
