In the early morning hours of September 29, 2021, the life of 31-year-old Marcus Cook, a male resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. At approximately 2:12 a.m., authorities responded to reports of a shooting in the 1200 block of South Boulevard.
