Kolby Louis Luke LeBlanc, a 19-year-old male from Saint-Martinville, Louisiana, tragically passed away on August 6, 2021. Kolby was the grandson of former St. Martinville Mayor Thomas Nelson and the nephew of current St. Martinville mayoral candidate Lisa Nelson.
