In the late hours of a Monday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a grim discovery was made on Chippewa Street. Twenty-six-year-old Jecody Ross, a male, was found lying on the roadway just outside his vehicle. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene on July 19, 2021.
