John Edward Offord Jr., a 30-year-old male, was fatally shot in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in the late afternoon of Saturday, July 29, 2017. He was discovered by Baton Rouge Police officers in the driver's seat of his gold Audi SUV in the 4000 block of Alliquippa Street around 5:49 p.m. Offord was suffering from a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day, July 30, 2017.
