In the early morning hours of Sunday, July 18, 2021, the life of 17-year-old Ty'Quan Morris was tragically cut short in Minden, Louisiana. The young male was discovered in the breezeway just outside of his grandmother's apartment at the Chateau Normandy Apartments. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
