In the summer of 2021, a quiet street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, became the scene of a tragedy that cut a man's life short. On the morning of July 5th, Lesage Butler III, a 30-year-old African American male, was found deceased at an apartment complex located at 1809 N. Harco Drive.
