In the late morning of February 11, 2021, the life of 31-year-old Dakayla Bailey was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Around 10:30 a.m., law enforcement responded to a call on Plank Road, near Cannon Street, where they discovered Bailey had been fatally shot.
