In the early morning hours of November 8, 2020, the life of 23-year-old Dylan Clouatre, a male resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. The fatal incident unfolded around 8:45 a.m. at the Lark Baton Rouge Apartments located at 4194 Burbank Drive. Clouatre was shot and died at the scene from his injuries. Another individual was also wounded in the shooting and was transported to a local hospital with injuries.
