On a late summer evening in Shreveport, Louisiana, the life of 29-year-old Black / African American male Michael Rashard Coleman was tragically cut short. On August 26, 2020, just before 9:30 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting at the Woodlawn Terrace Apartments in the 700 block of West 68th Street.
