In the late hours of a Tuesday in New Orleans, the life of 32-year-old Chanine Phillips was tragically cut short. On August 4, 2020, Phillips was found inside a vehicle in the 2400 block of Prentiss Avenue in the Gentilly Woods neighborhood. She had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
