On a summer evening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of RaHeal Laquan Pierre, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically cut short. On June 23, 2019, at approximately 9:00 PM, authorities responded to a call in the 1400 block of Lake Calais Court. There, in the roadway, they discovered Pierre suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. Despite any attempts to render aid, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
