In the late hours of a Saturday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a discovery was made that would leave a family grieving and a community seeking answers. On March 23, 2019, 33-year-old Travis Kentrell Carr, a male resident of the city, was found deceased inside a Nissan Altima.
