In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the body of 19-year-old Evan Niyikeles Lemon II, an African American male, was discovered. On March 17, 2019, Lemon was found deceased in a ditch in the 1200 block of North 35th Street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
