In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in the Desire neighborhood of New Orleans, tragedy struck, leaving two families heartbroken. On May 23, 2018, 23-year-old Lionel Clark and his companion, 25-year-old Randy Green, were discovered inside a vehicle, both having been fatally wounded by gunfire. The New Orleans Police Department responded to a call in the 3400 block of Ursula Spencer Way, where they found the two men.
