A young man's life was tragically cut short on a Thursday evening in New Orleans. On March 15, 2018, 21-year-old Byron 'Hubba' Scott, a male, was riding his bicycle in the 1300 block of Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard. At approximately 6:50 p.m., his journey was violently interrupted when an unknown vehicle approached, and its occupants opened fire.
