In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Baton Rouge, the quiet of the 1900 block of Fuqua Street was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On February 6, 2018, police and coroner's officials responded to a call around 9:30 p.m. to find a man lying in the middle of the street. The victim was identified as 50-year-old Frankie Caddo.
