In the early hours of March 28, 2017, the life of 24-year-old Charzavious Rogers, a male resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. Just before 1:00 a.m., Shreveport Police were called to the Wilkinson Terrace apartments in the 2700 block of Southern Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Rogers suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
