Rayshawn Boullt, a 15-year-old male, was fatally shot on the evening of Saturday, January 21, 2017, in the 9th Ward of New Orleans. The incident, which also left a 13-year-old male injured, occurred around 5:52 p.m. near the intersection of Desire and Galvez streets.
