In the final hours of 2016, the life of 21-year-old Phadarius Danzell Hughes was tragically cut short in Shreveport, Louisiana. On the evening of December 31, 2016, Hughes was sitting inside a parked vehicle in the 4000 block of Golf Links Boulevard when he was fatally shot.
