Quincy Terrell Randle, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2016, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Quincy was a victim of a drive-by shooting, which occurred in the Cedar Grove neighborhood. He was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at University Health hospital. The incident also left two other individuals, Michael Cooper, 21, and Tamario Jenkins, 20, injured.
