In the early morning hours of Saturday, July 30, 2016, the life of 21-year-old Jarai Andrus of Crowley, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. Andrus was a passenger in a vehicle when another car began to follow them. In a sudden burst of violence, occupants of the pursuing vehicle opened fire. Andrus was struck in the head by a gunshot.
