In the early morning hours of Friday, March 4, 2016, the life of Jermaine Decuir Sr., a 38-year-old man from New Iberia, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. He was fatally wounded in a shooting that occurred on Ann Street in his hometown. The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office was called to the scene to investigate the violent incident that had claimed his life.
