On the first of May in 2015, the life of 41-year-old Dolan Lee Chip Richard, a lifelong resident of Sulphur, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. The white/caucasian male, a 1991 graduate of Sulphur High School, was known in his community as a father and a man of Catholic faith. He worked in construction, building scaffolds, and was remembered for his passions for drawing and skating. The circumstances of his passing, however, would reveal a story not of accident, but of violence.
