Herbert Thomas Tennessee, an 18-year-old male student at L.B. Landry/O.P. Walker College & Career Preparatory High School, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2015. His death came after he was shot in what was reported as a drive-by shooting in the Irish Channel neighborhood of New Orleans. The incident occurred in front of a residence in the Lower Garden District.
