On December 8, 2014, a tragic event unfolded in a Monroe, Louisiana Walmart parking lot that ended the life of 24-year-old Cheyenne Dunn. An African American female, Cheyenne was meeting her estranged husband, 29-year-old Phillip Chad Dunn, for a custody exchange of their two young daughters.
