In the quiet neighborhood of Bywater in New Orleans, a tragedy unfolded that left a family shattered. Terry Fedoroff, a 60-year-old woman, was found deceased on October 7, 2014, in a home on Pauline Street. Her death was the result of a violent altercation that also claimed the lives of her two brothers, 58-year-old Billy Conrad and 55-year-old Christopher Conrad.
