In the fading daylight of a Tuesday evening in New Orleans, tragedy struck a young life. On June 18, 2013, at approximately 9:20 p.m., 19-year-old Isaiah Kenneth Johnston was shot and killed. The fatal encounter took place in the parking lot of an apartment complex situated in the 12100 block of the North I-10 Service Road.
