In the early morning hours of Sunday, June 9, 2013, a night out in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, turned tragic for Octavia Monique Moe Jackson, a 27-year-old female. While sitting in the front passenger seat of a vehicle outside Club Shenanigan's on Plank Road, Jackson was struck by multiple gunshots to her upper torso.
