The incident occurred at a McDonald's restaurant located on Trawick Road. According to reports, the Raleigh Police Department responded to a shooting at the McDonald's around 6:20 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Johnson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
