Tahajie Howard, a 21-year-old Black man, was tragically shot and killed on October 17, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the late evening on Remount Road, where Tahajie was initially shot. He was then driven to a parking lot on South Mint Street in uptown Charlotte, where he was pronounced dead at the scene. This violent homicide marked the third murder in Charlotte on that day.
