Carter M. Wilson, a 19-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity from High Point, North Carolina, tragically passed away on December 26, 2018. Carter was shot and killed in the early hours of the morning in the backyard of a residence on Braddock Road. He was found deceased at the scene, while his friend, Ethan C. Mitchell, 18, was critically injured and later pronounced dead at a hospital.
