Van Clair Williams, a 71-year-old male from Birmingham, Alabama, passed away on March 10, 2015. Born on April 23, 1943, he was a lifelong resident of the Birmingham area. Williams was a graduate of Ullman High School's Class of 1961 and went on to further his education at Daniel Payne College.
