On January 27, 2021, Tristan Foor, a 22-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, was fatally shot at a home on Aspen Pine Boulevard. Foor was invited to the residence by Sydney Freshour, who, along with Elias Malone, planned to rob him. When Foor arrived, Malone confronted him and shot him multiple times in the head, chest, shoulder, and back. Foor fell down the stairs, and Malone followed, continuing to shoot him. Foor was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 8:30 p.m.
