Ricardo Danielle Truss Vallejo, a 39-year-old Black male, was found deceased in his vehicle on December 19, 2019, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at around 9:42 AM when a civilian reported a vehicle that had been parked on the street and hadn't moved for a long time. Upon arrival at the scene, patrol officers discovered Ricardo in the vehicle, and Columbus Division of Fire medics pronounced him dead at 9:52 AM.
