Tarique Morris, a 3-month-old baby boy from Youngstown, Ohio, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2018. Tarique was traveling with his parents, 21-year-old Edward Morris and 19-year-old Valarcia Blair, when their car was attacked by gunfire on Gibson Street and Pasadena Avenue.
