James Carleton Judkins, known to family and friends as "Jake," was born on August 7, 1980, and passed away on March 28, 2018, in Toledo, Ohio. He was a 37-year-old Caucasian male who dedicated his life to the medical field, particularly in organ transplantation. Jake was a loving husband to Brittney L. Judkins and a devoted father to their three-year-old daughter, Cooper Grace Judkins.
