Paul D. Devitt, a 49-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on February 4, 2014, in Washington Township, Ohio. Devitt, who had recently started a livery service called Black Car of Columbus, was found dead in a mobile-home park. His body was discovered under a trailer at the Hayden Heights Mobile Home Park on Cosgray Road. The circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear, but it was later revealed that he had been shot multiple times.
