David LaMar Moore, a 30-year-old African American man from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2021. He was shot and killed in Penn Hills, a suburb of Pittsburgh, in the late evening. David was found inside a vehicle on Frankstown Road, and the incident was reported to the Allegheny County Police Department around 10:42 p.m. The medical examiner confirmed his death at the scene.
