Efrain Miguel Sanchez, a 31-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 23, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was fatally shot in a double shooting incident in the West Kensington neighborhood. When police arrived at the scene on the 2800 block of North Orkney Street, they found Sanchez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
