Tiffany Blassengale, a 57-year-old Black female from Philadelphia, was killed in the early morning hours of Tuesday, September 21, 2021, inside the home where she lived on the 1800 block of East Clementine Street in Kensington. Around 1:30 to 1:39 a.m., Philadelphia police were called to the residence and found her on the floor near the front door or vestibule area of the property.
