In the Logan neighborhood of Philadelphia, on the morning of February 6, 2021, a grim discovery was made in a second-floor apartment on the 4500 block of Old York Road. Inside, police found the bodies of 35-year-old Shakia M. Allen and 33-year-old Christopher Williams, both of whom had been fatally shot.
