Lucas A. Booker, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was killed in the early morning hours of Sunday, January 31, 2021, after returning to a residence on the 4900 block of Rorer Street in Philadelphia’s Feltonville section. It was just before 3:00 a.m. when police were called to the home for a shooting. Officers found Lucas inside, in the basement area of the residence, suffering from gunshot wounds.
